Omnispec Compliance came about because life didn’t quite go to plan.

After having my youngest child, I returned from maternity leave and was made redundant. At first, it felt like a huge setback, but looking back, it was exactly the push I needed. I wanted to build something of my own. Something that meant I didn’t have to choose between earning a living and being there for my children.

Before that, I’d spent years working in roles where getting things right mattered. I’ve managed warehouse teams, worked in transport and supply chain, and spent time as a Fire Service Control Operator. Every one of those jobs taught me to be dependable and to take pride in doing things properly.

When I had the opportunity to move into PAT testing, it just clicked. I enjoy practical work, I like meeting people, and I genuinely get satisfaction from leaving a business knowing I’ve helped them keep their workplace safe.

Alongside running Omnispec Compliance, I also work as a subcontracted PAT Testing Engineer for SureSafe Electrical Services Ltd. The experience I gain there helps me grow my own business and keeps my knowledge up to date.

If you book with me, you’ll deal with me from your first enquiry until the job is finished. I’ll turn up when I say I will, explain anything you’re unsure about and treat your premises with the same respect I’d expect in my own.

I’m still building this business, and I’m proud of that. Every customer who chooses Omnispec Compliance is helping a local family business grow, and that’s something I’ll never take for granted.

I’d love the opportunity to work with you
